Imagination has been said to be the essence of the Divine. This is true because when you imagine things, you are actually using your mind, your thoughts to create it.  And thought is a form of energy fashioned by the Universal Mind, our Creator.

This may look scientific and spiritual in nature but that is how everything in this world is created, and that includes you and the rest of us humanity.  American educator, Stephen Covey said, “Everything is created twice. First in the mind, second in reality.” It all starts in your thinking.

AIM Global has just opened our BCO (Business Center Office) in Dubai last year. Our sales are increasing and the number of our distributors there are growing. It’s a great city, with an estimated population of about 2.2 million people as of today. Dubai is so much popular now because of its skyscrapers and high-rise structures most particularly the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.

However, did you know that about 20 years ago, Dubai is almost nothing like a barren desert land. No tourists, or huge international airports. 

Things change when the Ruler of Dubai, Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum started to externalize the big dreams he has within. In his mind, he did not just simply see his land inhabited by camels, small residences and a few buildings. He saw a kingdom, staged by popular sporting events, like boxing, basketball, F1 Grand Prix, etc. He also saw impressive 5, 6 and 7 star hotels. He probably dreamt of small islands, the Palm Jumeirah popping out from the sea and can be seen from outer space.

 Thoughts become things.

Sadly most people, what they visualize in their minds are the things that they do not want. They see scarcity, poverty, lack, and illnesses. They visualize that nothing good will ever happen to their life. And when bad luck appear in the objective world or has become their reality, they just simply affirm the thoughts that are going on inside them.

They tell themselves, “I knew it.”

Little do they know that a simple twist of their thinking could create a major change in their lives for the better.

If you want to have a financial breakthrough this 2015, you have to start changing your thinking habits.

Think of yourself as already a wealthy person. Why? It is written in the Scriptures that, “The Kingdom of Heaven is within you”, which only means that you are indeed wealthy. The only thing you need to do is to take out the barriers that you have built inside you to materialize your riches.

Many people don’t want to join AIM Global, simply because in their mind, they see themselves already failing before they even get started. They ask questions like:

        Paano kung magmember ako pero wala naman sumali sa akin?
        Paano kung wala akong mabenta kahit isang produkto?

We all do get these line of questions from prospects from time to time, it used to be a valid question 20 years ago, where network marketing is just in its infancy here in the Philippines, but today, with all the success stories, people from different walks of life succeeding not to mention the stability of the company, if people ask this type of questions they are setting themselves up for failure. Because all they see are the negative side of things. If you are one of them, we suggest you step back for awhile, take a deep breath, and ask yourself again.

Paano kung pagdudahan ko kaya yung mga duda ko? 

Paano kung magmember ako at marami ako kaibigan at kamag-anak na maging interesado?

Paano kung makakuha ako ng 10 hangang 20 na kustomer na bibili sa akin ng product buwan buwan?

Paano kung yumaman nga ako dito?

Paano kung mabigyan ko kaya ng oras na pag aralan ito at mabawasan ang "rejection?

Paano kung itong 2015 ay ang taon na kung saan pwede magbago ang buhay ko?

Your life is not a barren desert

May isang lalaki na may ilang buwan nang may insomnia. Sa una, binabalewala lang niya ito, pero yung mga nakaraang linggo naging grabe na yung sakit niya. Nagdesisyon siya ngayon na pumunta sa Duktor at doon grogging-groggy niya ikinuwento na hirap siya makatulog sa gabi. Sabi niya pag nakakatulog siya ng sandali, bigla-bigla na lang siyang nagigising dahil sa isang masamang panaginipt, at pag nagising na siya ayaw na niyang matulog pa, kasi nga natatakot siya na baka bangungutin ulit siya. Tinanong siya ngayon ng Duktor, "Ano ba yung pinapaginipan mo?

.Ikinuwento niya na sa panaginip daw niya ay nakatayo siya sa harap ng malaking building at gusto niyang makapasok sa loob. Ang problema, kahit anong gawin niya ay di niya mabuksan yung pinto. Pilit niyang tinutulak yung pinto pero di talaga mabuksan. Sabi niya, importante daw makapasok siya sa loob kasi naniniwala siya na ang pinto na iyo ay "pinto ng opportunidad". Naniniwala siya na lahat ng pangarap niya ay nasa loob ng building na iyon. 

Matapos niyang magtulak ng matagal, doon na lang siyang pawis na pawis at pagod na nagigising.

Ang payo ngayon ng Duktor nya ay ganito, "Sa susunod na mapaginipan mo ulit yung sinasabi mo, huwag mong itulak yung pinto agad, bagkus, humakbang ka muna ng isa pabalik at pagmasdan mo ang iyong paligid. Pagmasdan mo iyong pinto, kung ano iyong itsura niya, kulay niya, tignan mo kung magaspang ba o hinde. Sa madaling salita, obserbahan mo muna ang iyong palid bago gumawa ng kahit ano.

Pag dating ng gabi iyon, eksaktong nanaginip ulit sya, that same dream. Bubuksan na sana niya yung pinto kaso naalala na subconsciously yung sinabi ng Duktor, so ginawa niya ay humakabang muna siya ng isa pabalik at inobserbahan niya yung paligid at laking gulat niya na doon sa pintuan na gusto niyang buksan, may malaking sign na nakalagay. Ang nakasulat sa sign ay "HILA".

On your path to financial freedom, maraming taong sobrang busy sa ginagawa nila,  working so hard to earn a living, meeting deadlines, setting goals, always looking forward for tomorrow. It is almost like the present moment is just used as a means to an end. Never being happy in what they are doing because what they are thinking is that, once they reach their goal, or got that promotion in their job, then that is the time for them to be happy. Sadly, this never happens because, the moment you reach your goal, your mind is off wandering again for the next moment. In short, the means to an end never ends.

Magtataka ka na lang na edad 60 or 70 ka na at mapapaisip ka kung saan napapunta iyong oras mo.

You have been caught up in a Rat Race. You believed in a system that no longer works. Working 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, with over 40,000 hours on your job and by age 60, that is when you retire.

Mind you this article does not degrade the idea of being an employee, we all have at some time in our life need to work for somebody else, but only to degree of getting more wisdom, knowledge and experience so that one day, we can all use this in having a business that could change not only your life but the lives of the many.

If you have struggled financially for the past years, you have pushed so hard but could not get any results, and you are left wondering how you could change all that this New Year, 2015. Maybe it is time to stop for awhile and stop pushing. Maybe it’s time to check your surroundings.

A lot of people are scared to put up a business because of the risk involve.  And the number one risk people fear is the fear of losing a lot of money. It is a given fact, if you want to have a big time business outside networking; you must be prepared of shelling out huge amount of capital to get started.

In Manila, there is a popular place called Divisoria wherein you can buy almost every item at a bargain price. They sell items like clothes, furniture’s, appliances, food, etc. Here you could find all people doing business at every corner you turn to. Everybody seems to be selling something.

But if you ask all the big store owners how much capital is needed to be big time
If you ask a store owner in Divisioria (a place in Manila where most items are sold at a bargain price), your P1 Million peso investment is very small if you want to a big time entrepreneur in that area.

The next risk involved in most business is the human factor.

Christy is an owner of a small retail store. She is the only one who mans it every day. One day she went out to buy something in the market, but she does not want to lose profit so instead of closing her store, she asked her helper to look after it. While she’s gone her helper’s boyfriend who came from a basketball game passed by. Seeing his “sweetheart” all sweaty and thirsty, she offered him some cold drinks and cookies.

Question: Do you think Christy’s helper would pay her for that when she comes back? Most likely, the answer is NO. Now this scenario can happen in a small or big business, wherein the drinks and cookies could be similar to loss of office supplies, over breaks, under time etc.

Other risk in business could be calamites such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and typhoons. When typhoon “Yolanda” came in Tacloban City, a lot of small business where wiped out completely. Some who did survive are still up to this day struggling to recover.

After all, as what our VP for finance, the mentor of all mentors, Francis Miguel said, “Success is empty when you arrive in the finish line alone.”
