Why AIM Global is the Best of the Best?

There are over 100 legitimate MLM companies in the Philippines today. If you ask each one of them, who they think is number one; naturally all of them would say it is their company.

The difference with AIM Global is that the claim to be number one in this industry did not come from us. It was given by different bodies and organization that clearly saw the numbers in terms of growth and expansion of sales, business centers and distributors.

Numbers do not lie.

Owners can cheat their way through words, they can exaggerate much about their company profile, wooing people just for them to join their organization and  trying to make a claim to be the best in the business, but when it comes to facts and figures, this is where most them fall short.

Again, the numbers do not lie.

In the movie, Jerry Maguire, there was a scene where a football player Rod Tidwell tells Jerry Maguire (played by Tom Cruise) that he is still keeping him as his agent. Over the phone, he asks Jerry to scream on top of his lungs the words, "Show me the money!"

We have sales of over two billion pesos for the past four years.  Last November, we held a ground breaking ceremony for the construction of our twenty three storey building along EDSA.

We will have a new home two years from now.

*(on a side note, AIM building will be built just beside SEC or the Security Exchange Commission,  so for those people who still thinks AIM is just another illegal pyramid scheme, think again. If there is one person or body that will tell you that a company is a scam or illegal, SEC will be the first one to tell you that.)

We are also building our manufacturing plant in Guguinto, Bulacan. This makes AIM Global not only a source of distribution of product and services but also a manufacturing business.

We have invested so much in upgrading our system. We have improved our DTC (data tracking center). It now allows every distributor a much better, user friendly method of following the progress of their network and income ala Facebook style.

This year also marked the birth of the one and only MLM training Academy, AIMCADEMY. It serves as a training school for old and new members particularly those who live in the provinces and outside the country.

They no longer have the need to wait for the great speakers from Manila to come to their place. With just a click of a button, they could hear Mr. Jurgen Gonzales speak about the Marketing plan or Dr. Butch Villena explaining the use and efficacy of our products. No other MLM company has such incredible training tool to help their distributors in broadening their business.

Consistency

To be able to fill a big sports ground like the Araneta Coliseum or MOA Arena once is really something to talk about, especially if you are a network marketing company. But to do that at least 2-3 times a year, with a crowd that reaches up to the rafters could really sound unbelievable.

However, AIM Global has been staging sales rally left and right for many years now. This 2014 alone, we have four mega-events. We held our SE and GE (silver and gold executive) awards night last Feb, we celebrated our 8th year Anniversary in Araneta Coliseum this May

, and in August we were in Cuneta Astrodome for our  Executive night,

 then finally last November in MOA Arena for our Mid-year rally.

AIM Global’s vision of training can be best explained through the lumberjack story.

One day, an experienced lumberjack named George happen to walk passed by a young and newly recruit guy. He noticed that the young man seems to be struggling in chopping a tree down. His hands are now pink with blisters and he was viciously swinging his ax but could only manage to dent a few inches off the tree’s bark. 

George said to the young guy, why don’t you try sharpening your ax first before you start chopping trees. I’m sure things will be much easier for you. 

But the young man replied, “I don’t have time in sharpening my ax, I’m too busy with my other jobs.Heck, I’m too busy cutting down this tree.”

Tom “Big Al” Schreiter said that many MLM distributors suffer from the “dull-ax” syndrome, in the Phillippines we many times call it “AKNY” or “Alam Ko Na Yan” virus. Too often, distributors are either too proud or too lazy to learn the true nature of the business. They do not take the time to sharpen their saw. They don't realize that the only way to make it big in this business is by attending trainings. Through trainings you would learn certain skills that are not discussed in the ordinary business presentations like the OPP (Opportunity Plan Presentation).

Mind you, some of this distributors are highly motivated, hardworking, they also set their goals. But again, if they do not take the time in learning new skills. They will get crushed. They won’t last long. They could even be one of those people who would say, “Nasubukan ko na yan networking dati, di naman ako kumita”, or “Networking?? Scam yan.”

Tanungin mo yung nagsasabi ng negative sa networking if pinag-aralan ba nila ng mabuti yung negosyo at umatend sila ng mga training, most likely ang sagot ay hinde.

Pero kahit san ka magpunta or kahit anong trabaho ang applyan mo, meron training e.

Janitors are trained how to mop floors. You apply in Jollibee or Mcdonald’s and they will give you a training on how to flip hamburgers. To get a private pilot liscense you need 40 hours of flight training, and over 1500 hours of flying hours and many years of experience before you can even get behind a steering wheel of a Boeing airplane.

AIM Global takes training seriously, we are committed to update all distributors with new informations that can help their business grow.  That is why last November 2014, we created another milestone in being the First MLM company to hold a special training in a the most versatile event arena in the Asia-pacific which is the PICC (Phillippine International Convention Center). More than 3,000 people attended and filled up the Plenary Hall.
The title of the event was AIM BIG with BIG AL.

Highlights, include powerful talk by our VP for finance Francis Miguel where he shares the importance of creating momentum. Then came the featured speaker of the day,Tom “Big Al” Schreiter.

This guy started network marketing in 1972. So that’s 42 years of recruiting, handling objections.. etc for you. Baka wala ka pa sa mundong ito nagrerekrut na siya..He has sponsored over 100,000 distributors in his first two years and his secret is by just simply saying the right words and phrases that makes prospects easier to join.

He said that to be successful in network marketing you just need three things. The right attitude, good motivation and the proper skills.

He likens this three to car parts, which is attitude is the wheels of the car, motivation is the engine of the car and skills is the clutch.

He focused the training that night on the SKILLS part. He said, you could have the first two but if you don’t have the proper skills, your car would still not move.

A lot of people went home that night feeling fully revived and equip to do the business.
Overall, that evening is so awesome. Interestingly the Board of Directors where there to listen, the training team was there, so is the marketing team.

This is a testament that even the experts in the industry still take time to learn new things.
If you reflect further, the trainings in AIM Global could be applied not only in networking business but also in life. A lot of people are struggling to cope financially, they get frustrated , but if they only take the time to develop themselves and learn new things and becoming more effective, instead of working with a blunt saw. Life would be different.

What happens if you do not take the time in learning how to use new tools in your business?

Let’s go back to our lumberjack story

The new lumberjack finally got it, he could only cut 2 trees in a day, he needs a new tool So he went to the best lumberjack store in town. In there, he saw a sign that says, “For sale, sleek and modern saw that can cut 20 trees a day” He got so excited and bought it. But instead of listening to the salesman on how to use it, he simply said, “Just give me the saw and don’t bother wrapping it, il be using it right away”.

After 1 day of using his new tool, he could still cut 2 trees. He said , “Well maybe because it’s still new.

Second day is the same result, 2 trees down.

Third day is no different, 2 trees down.

On the fourth day, angrily he went back to the store claiming he was scammed. He wants his money back.

The salesman, apologized immediately and he then checked the saw if there was any damage, he checked the chain, the switch, the blade, he also saw there was fuel in the tank.

Then lastly he pulled the rope and suddenly the motor run. VROOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!
The new lumberjack was shocked…. “Huh, naandar pala yan?"

It seems our new guy never took the time in learning the features and the benefits of his new tool.

Guess what in AIM Global it is the same, if you have a new tool but don’t know how to use it, your tool is meaningless.

It takes discipline of time to learn new things.

AIM business like life is a marathon not a sprint,  planning is as important as work.

Numbers don’t lie

Last November 2014, AIM Global celebrated its Midyear rally at the MOA Arena with its 16,000 seating capacity almost filled to the rafters with a sea of light blue shirts all geared up to party. Thousands of people have witnessed the event, some arrived in buses coming from far out provinces.  All tickets were sold out, and we believe there were a few outside who took their chances in coming in to buy a ticket.

It was an exciting gathering, everybody had lots of fun and entertainment.  It matched the event’s theme  “iSMILE” where everybody in the arena was indeed smiling.

There are two major reasons why people are smiling in our rally.

1. The grandeur of MOA Arena. – whether it’s your first time to go inside or not, you still would be left in awe at the beauty of one of the Philippines superstructure. Its state of the art floors for sports and entertainment is really something your eyes could be left in wonder.

2. The big AIM Global crowd inside – if you got awestruck with beauty of the venue, you will be amazed at how huge and how stable AIM Global company really is. You now got a bigger picture of what kind of business you are going into. It is totally mind-blowing considering that this rally covers a few parts of LUZON area only. We also hold other rallies in the VISAYAS and MINDANAO area, not to mention our international offices to name a few like Nigeria, Ghana, UAE, and Singapore.

Bakit ba importante na mapuno natin ng tao ang malalaking venue tulad ng MOA Arena?

Good question right? The answer is simple.

Pyramid schemes are illegal. Network Marketing is a legal, moral and ethical type of business.

Period.

The only thing that could come close for it to be similar is the shape or the structure of the organization. It resembles that of a pyramid . Other than that, pyramid and network marketing are not the same. They are  two worlds apart different.

Pyramid is simply based on recruiting people and using them as their basis of making money. Their products, i(f there are even any) are overpriced and of very poor quality. In Pyramid schemes, the moment you stop recruiting people, you stop making money. The only people  who earn the most are the ones who joined in first. In short pyramid schemes solely use money or people as their means of earning. There are a lot of people who are arrested of putting up illegal pyramid schemes.

Network Marketing on the other hand, is used to create an organization of people who uses, retails, and promote the efficacy of the company’s product lines. It merely uses the network people in order to promote the products and marketing plan at the fastest, most economical way. It applies the old style word-of-mouth advertising instead of displaying the products at the mall or paying huge amounts of money for commercial ads and the like. And unlike the pyramid schemes,  a legitimate and great network marketing companies gives a chance for the late newcomers to overtake their uplines or the ones who joined the business earlier in terms of income because of the fair marketing plan.

In short, network marketing is a product based industry and has been a powerful business model for more than 60 years now. In the Philippines, if you are a marketing student of its Top Universities, network marketing is being offered as an elective course. In the United States, you can earn a degree by studying Network Marketing.

Ina-aplika ng networking ang makalumang paraan ng marketing na ang tawag e word of mouth or pagkukuwento or pagshashare ng kagandahan ng mga produkto at serbisyo nito. Q. Can AIM Global be done successfully part-time?

A.  Absolutely. In fact almost 90% of the people who joins network marketing starts off first as part time.The initial motivation is just to earn extra . The thought of having an income increase of about 10-20%  of what they are currently making, without having to ask it from their boss, are some of the reasons why people joins.

Now depending on the distributors level of understanding about the business, and also the amount of money that comes into their bank account, like if they have already over achieved their initial goal of part time income that most people goes full time.

I mean think about it, what would you do if  you already have the financial freedom to acquire anything that you want because of Network Marketing, would you not also accept the time freedom the business provides.

A.  OO naman, 90% ng mga sumasali dito e nagsisimula part time lang. Sa una, ang gusto lang ng karamihan e kumita ng extra. Madagdagan lang ng extra 10-20%  ang kita nila na hinde hinihinge sa mga boss or amo e isa sa mga kadahilanan na sumasali ang tao sa AIM Global.

Ngayon depende na lang sa level ng pagkakaintindi ng tao at depende na rin sa laki ng kita na pumapasok, halimbawa e, kung talaga lumaki na ang kita mo dito ng doble, triple or 4 times ng sahod sa trabaho, dun na lang ang mga tao nag fufull time na dito.

Isipin mo na lang, ano pa ba ang gagawin mo kung nakamit mo na yung “financial freedom” na pangarap mo,  im sure gugustuhin mo na rin makamit yung “time freedom” na inoofer ng kumpanya. Yun bang magtratrabaho ka na lang kung kelan mo gusto magtrabaho, kasi nga hinde lang malaki ang kinikita mo, hawak mo pati ang oras mo dito.

Ang maganda naman sa AIM Global di naman mawawala ang pagiging professional mo. Kung duktor , abogado or engineer ka, hinde naman mawawala yan sa pagsali mo sa AIM Global.

Q. I've tried Network Marketing before and it didn't work for me.

A. Welcome to entrepreneurship! Did you know that most successful business people today like Steve Jobs, founder of Apple, Donald Trump, business magnate, Henry Siy, retail king and owner of SM Malls all experience a lot of failures in some of their business venture before they eventually became the tycoons they are today.

It is evident, if you want to be a giant in the business world, you will in one way or the other experience failures. There are time that it might take 3-5 business  collapse before success comes to you.  The good thing is that failure in network marketing does not cost too much unlike in traditional business where you lose hundreds of thousands even millions.

And also, let’s imagine you went up to Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines. You went out for dinner in one of those local restaurants. However, you had an awful experience that night, the food was not good, customer service is bad. In short, you graded the place with a big F.  Now the question is, are you going to put your judgment that all restaurants in Baguio are awful?

Of course not.

Now network marketing is the same, there are fair companies, there are mediocre companies, but there is  this powerful company run by owners who has a big heart, a generous marketing plan and effective product lines that can help you big time in earning your first million in this industry. 

So in short Network Marketing works. You just need to find the right company and AIM High!

Q. Sinubukan ko na ang networking dati, pero hinde naman ako kumita.

A.  Welcome sa mundo ng pagiging negosyante! Alam mo ba ang mayayaman na tao ngayon katulad ni Steve Jobs, founder ng Apple (iphone, ipad, ipod etc) , Donald Trump, business magnate, and Henry Siy, may ari ng SM at marami pang iba e nakaranas din ng maraming pagkabigo sa negosyo bago sila tuluyan nagging mayaman.

Sa negosyo, talagang darating at darating ang oras na mabibigo ka, malulugi ka. Minsan kinakelangan malugi ka ng 3 hangang 5 beses bago ka talaga makataguyod ng isang matagupay na kumpanya or negosyo.

Ang maganda naman sa network marketing, kahit di ka kumita, maliit lang ang mawawala sa iyo, minsan nga wala pa kasi katulad sa AIM Global, once na nakapagmember ka bawi mo na lahat ang binili mo sa pamamagitan ng produkto at serbisyo.

Hinde katulad sa traditional na negosyo, lalabas ka minsan ng daan daang libo or yung iba milyon pa talaga, ang problema e pano kung malugi sila, e di goodbye din sa milyones. Just imagine magtayo ka nga lang ng isang sari-sari store e , magkano na kelangan mo? 10 kasya na kaya? Kasya siguro pero sari-sari lang, walang store.

Kung ikaw e nagpunta ng Baguio City, at kumain ka sa isang local na restaurant dun, pero di mo nagustuhan yung serbisyo at pagkain, ibig bang sabihin lahat na lang ng kainan sa Baguio e pare pareho di maganda ang serbisyo at pagkain? I don’t think so.

So  sa network marketing ganun din. May mga hinde stable dahil bago pa lang at may hinde ganun kahusay ang kumpanya , produkto at may-ari. Pero meron at meron naman talagang super ganda at maraming patunay na yumaman at umasenso dahil hinde lang maganda ang produkto, kundi pati marketing plan at may mga malaking PUSO ang may ari katulad ng AIM Global.

Why are we named the Alliance of the TRULY RICH

AIM Global is a business intended for everyone to have a better way of living in terms of health and economic life. And most of the time, the primary reason why everybody joins is because of the potential income that it brings. 

In short, most of the time, (I'm not saying all) everybody is in because of the MONEY.

The marketing plan of the company is well designed, well engineered to make you rich. 

Ask yourself.

Why do you think an airplane fly?  It is because it's engine and body is designed to make it fly.

Why do you think a cat when dropped 10ft abouve the ground can still survive? It is because it's body (weight, size and all) is designed that way.

What would happen if you dropped your iPhone6 10ft above the ground? Would it break? Why?

You get the picture.

But did you know that there are also some people in this world who are not comfortable with money.

There are some people who does not want to be rich.

They say that money can;t buy happiness, or rich people are crooks, rich people are bad, they say negative things to all rich people. 

But what they don't know is that there are 3 kinds of rich people in this world.

1. Filthy Rich 

These are the people who has all the money in the world, but deep inside they are not really happy. Their are many reasons why, It may be because the way they earned their riches could be in a illegal, immoral or unethical way or perhaps they just keep all of their money to themselves.

Money is neutral.  Money is just like a sharp knife. You put a knife on the table, it won't do you no harm. It won't do you no good or bad. If you give the knife to a drug addict, then a sharp knife could be bad. But if you give a knife to a culinary expert, then it could result to a very good tasting dish.

It's the same with money.  If you give money to a corrupt government official, then money becomes bad, but if you give money to a good person, perhaps in a community that reaches out to the poor, then money becomes good.

In short, money is a great magnifier. 

"If masamang tao ka, pag nagkapera ka , lalo kang magiging masama, pero kung mabuting tao ka, pag yumaman ka, lalo kang nagiging mabuti."

2. Guilty Rich

There are some rich people who are not comfortable with earning a lot of money. It could be a result of past programming from their parents, peers etc. The subject of money is never thought in school. Our grandparents or older relatives would tell us that money is bad. Don't think too much of money because if you do, you will be like the devil. 

Yes some religious people think of money that way. However, if you look at the bible there never was any indication there that the act of earning lots of money is actually a sin. 

You will be guilty rich if you only think of earning money for yourself.

3. Truly Rich

Some people say, "Money can't buy you happiness". But let me ask you, whoever told you that money is invented to buy happiness anyway?

God, the Universe, did not create money for you to buy happiness, it is created for you to buy helpfulness.

You can't buy being happy. (Ang kasiyahan, pagmamahal e hinde nabibili). You can only experience them.

The only way for you to be truly happy is by using the BIG money you earn to help a lot of people..

Who will you help?

1. Your Family - I'm an amateur when it comes to the Bible, but it is written in the book of Timothy that, you should provide for your family members, otherwise you are worse than an unbeliever. The money that you can earn with AIM Global could be BIG enough to send your kids in the best school in town, it can be big enough for them to not to experience becoming an employee and work for somebody else's dream.

2. Bigger Family - people you don't know, who needs our help. The latest survey says that over 783 million people do not have access to clean water up to this day. 2.5 billion do not have access to adequate sanitation (walang CR!) Over 6-8 million die every year due to natural disasters and water related problems.

I'm not saying you join AIM Global to change the world. No. But you do have this opportunity to help people by being RICH and make a difference is somebody's life.

This I think is what real wealth is all about.

It is our moral obligation to help those people in need of help, It is our moral obligation to be rich. But don't just be rich instead JOIN US and become TRULY RICH .
