Numbers don’t lie

Last November 2014, AIM Global celebrated its Midyear rally at the MOA Arena with its 16,000 seating capacity almost filled to the rafters with a sea of light blue shirts all geared up to party. Thousands of people have witnessed the event, some arrived in buses coming from far out provinces.  All tickets were sold out, and we believe there were a few outside who took their chances in coming in to buy a ticket.

It was an exciting gathering, everybody had lots of fun and entertainment.  It matched the event’s theme  “iSMILE” where everybody in the arena was indeed smiling.

There are two major reasons why people are smiling in our rally.

1. The grandeur of MOA Arena. – whether it’s your first time to go inside or not, you still would be left in awe at the beauty of one of the Philippines superstructure. Its state of the art floors for sports and entertainment is really something your eyes could be left in wonder.

2. The big AIM Global crowd inside – if you got awestruck with beauty of the venue, you will be amazed at how huge and how stable AIM Global company really is. You now got a bigger picture of what kind of business you are going into. It is totally mind-blowing considering that this rally covers a few parts of LUZON area only. We also hold other rallies in the VISAYAS and MINDANAO area, not to mention our international offices to name a few like Nigeria, Ghana, UAE, and Singapore.

Bakit ba importante na mapuno natin ng tao ang malalaking venue tulad ng MOA Arena?

Good question right? The answer is simple.

We are a network marketing company.

If we are in a food industry, like let’s say Jollibee we don’t need to hold up rallies in MOA arena, we would only know the strength of our business by the number of customers inside our restaurant.
The same is true in the automotive and IT industry.

But since we are a network marketing company, a company that has been around almost 9 years in the industry, a proven track record that has created over 1,000 self made millionaires, we have to prove how big our base of distributors and customers and followers really are.

And what better way to demonstrate that other than staging one of our rallies in one of the biggest sports stadium in the country.

Can you imagine joining a network marketing company that has been around for a long time only to hold  their rally in a 200 seat function room.  And they will hype you up telling you they are so big, come and join.

Truth be told, AIM Global is no stranger to big celebrations like this. In fact, this year alone, we already held three major celebrations, twice in Cuneta Astrodome for our executive nights, and once in Araneta Coliseum for our 8th year Anniversary.

We also held a 2-day mega training with one of the best Network Marketing gurus Tom “Big Al” Schreiter in PICC. (Philippine International Convention Center)

This December we will again have a major event, which is our “Thanksgiving Party – You and AIM rocks” to be held at the Metrotent, ortigas.

Yes we have been sort like “Coliseum hopping”.  We have been partying, training while earning BIG all year.

Other networking companies in the Philippines can only hold big rallies once a year.

How important are the numbers?

If the number of people are big that only means we were able to help thousands of people change their lives for the better in terms of their wealth and in their health.

• We will open new international offices this coming 2015. The most notable is KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). 
• We have launched the first Philippine network marketing online school which is AIMCADEMY. (you can now access video trainings and blog articles, with basic seminars like the OPP, Product Demo and NDO  that you can send to your prospect anywhere in the world in just a click of a button)
• Dr Ed, also laid out the mechanics on how to qualify for the HK7  (free Hongkong travel incentive next year)

We also showed video clips of the groundbreaking of our soon to rise 23 storey building in EDSA.
In network marketing business as in all types of business, numbers are truly important. It’s is just like elementary school. You have to know your numbers.

Pyramid schemes are illegal. Network Marketing is a legal, moral and ethical type of business.

Period.

The only thing that could come close for it to be similar is the shape or the structure of the organization. It resembles that of a pyramid . Other than that, pyramid and network marketing are not the same. They are  two worlds apart different.

Pyramid is simply based on recruiting people and using them as their basis of making money. Their products, i(f there are even any) are overpriced and of very poor quality. In Pyramid schemes, the moment you stop recruiting people, you stop making money. The only people  who earn the most are the ones who joined in first. In short pyramid schemes solely use money or people as their means of earning. There are a lot of people who are arrested of putting up illegal pyramid schemes.

Network Marketing on the other hand, is used to create an organization of people who uses, retails, and promote the efficacy of the company’s product lines. It merely uses the network people in order to promote the products and marketing plan at the fastest, most economical way. It applies the old style word-of-mouth advertising instead of displaying the products at the mall or paying huge amounts of money for commercial ads and the like. And unlike the pyramid schemes,  a legitimate and great network marketing companies gives a chance for the late newcomers to overtake their uplines or the ones who joined the business earlier in terms of income because of the fair marketing plan.

In short, network marketing is a product based industry and has been a powerful business model for more than 60 years now. In the Philippines, if you are a marketing student of its Top Universities, network marketing is being offered as an elective course. In the United States, you can earn a degree by studying Network Marketing.

Ang pyramid schemes  ay nakabase sa pagrerekrut lang ng tao, at nakadepende lamang ang kita sa dami ng marerekrut. Ang produkto nila (kung meron man) ay napaka baba ang kaledad, at kadalasan ay sobrang mahal. Sa pyramid schemes, kapag tumigil ka na sa pagrerekrut, titigil din ang iyong pagkita. Sa pyramid schemes, ang pwede lang kumita ng malaki ay yung mga nauna. Sa medaling salita ang pyramid schemes ay gumagamit lang ng tao o pera para kumita ang mga naunang sumali. Marami ng tao ang naaresto dahil sa pagtayo ng illegal na pyramid scams.

Ang network marketing naman ay gumagamit ng organizasyon ng tao para gumamit, ibenta at i-promote and kagandahan at kaledad ng mga produkto nito. Ginagamit lang ang network ng tao para mabilis maikalat ang kaepektibo ng mga produkto sa lalong madaling panahon at sa pinaka ekonomikal na paraan. Ina-aplika ng networking ang makalumang paraan ng marketing na ang tawag e word of mouth or pagkukuwento or pagshashare ng kagandahan ng mga produkto at serbisyo nito. Q. Can AIM Global be done successfully part-time?

A.  Absolutely. In fact almost 90% of the people who joins network marketing starts off first as part time.The initial motivation is just to earn extra . The thought of having an income increase of about 10-20%  of what they are currently making, without having to ask it from their boss, are some of the reasons why people joins.

Now depending on the distributors level of understanding about the business, and also the amount of money that comes into their bank account, like if they have already over achieved their initial goal of part time income that most people goes full time.

I mean think about it, what would you do if  you already have the financial freedom to acquire anything that you want because of Network Marketing, would you not also accept the time freedom the business provides.

If you are a professional, like if you’re a doctor or a lawyer, Network Marketing would not rob you of your title. You can enjoy the freedom the business offers and still keep your profession if you want to.

TAGALOG TRANSLATION

Q: Pwede ba talaga ako magtagumpay sa AIM Global kahit part time?

A.  OO naman, 90% ng mga sumasali dito e nagsisimula part time lang. Sa una, ang gusto lang ng karamihan e kumita ng extra. Madagdagan lang ng extra 10-20%  ang kita nila na hinde hinihinge sa mga boss or amo e isa sa mga kadahilanan na sumasali ang tao sa AIM Global.

Ngayon depende na lang sa level ng pagkakaintindi ng tao at depende na rin sa laki ng kita na pumapasok, halimbawa e, kung talaga lumaki na ang kita mo dito ng doble, triple or 4 times ng sahod sa trabaho, dun na lang ang mga tao nag fufull time na dito.

It is evident, if you want to be a giant in the business world, you will in one way or the other experience failures. There are time that it might take 3-5 business  collapse before success comes to you.  The good thing is that failure in network marketing does not cost too much unlike in traditional business where you lose hundreds of thousands even millions.

And also, let’s imagine you went up to Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines. You went out for dinner in one of those local restaurants. However, you had an awful experience that night, the food was not good, customer service is bad. In short, you graded the place with a big F.  Now the question is, are you going to put your judgment that all restaurants in Baguio are awful?

Of course not.

Now network marketing is the same, there are fair companies, there are mediocre companies, but there is  this powerful company run by owners who has a big heart, a generous marketing plan and effective product lines that can help you big time in earning your first million in this industry. 

So in short Network Marketing works. You just need to find the right company and AIM High!

A.  Welcome sa mundo ng pagiging negosyante! Alam mo ba ang mayayaman na tao ngayon katulad ni Steve Jobs, founder ng Apple (iphone, ipad, ipod etc) , Donald Trump, business magnate, and Henry Siy, may ari ng SM at marami pang iba e nakaranas din ng maraming pagkabigo sa negosyo bago sila tuluyan nagging mayaman.

Sa negosyo, talagang darating at darating ang oras na mabibigo ka, malulugi ka. Minsan kinakelangan malugi ka ng 3 hangang 5 beses bago ka talaga makataguyod ng isang matagupay na kumpanya or negosyo.

Ang maganda naman sa network marketing, kahit di ka kumita, maliit lang ang mawawala sa iyo, minsan nga wala pa kasi katulad sa AIM Global, once na nakapagmember ka bawi mo na lahat ang binili mo sa pamamagitan ng produkto at serbisyo.

Hinde katulad sa traditional na negosyo, lalabas ka minsan ng daan daang libo or yung iba milyon pa talaga, ang problema e pano kung malugi sila, e di goodbye din sa milyones. So  sa network marketing ganun din. May mga hinde stable dahil bago pa lang at may hinde ganun kahusay ang kumpanya , produkto at may-ari. Pero meron at meron naman talagang super ganda at maraming patunay na yumaman at umasenso dahil hinde lang maganda ang produkto, kundi pati marketing plan at may mga malaking PUSO ang may ari katulad ng AIM Global.

Why are we named the Alliance of the TRULY RICH

AIM Global is a business intended for everyone to have a better way of living in terms of health and economic life. And most of the time, the primary reason why everybody joins is because of the potential income that it brings. 

In short, most of the time, (I'm not saying all) everybody is in because of the MONEY.

The marketing plan of the company is well designed, well engineered to make you rich. 

Ask yourself.

Why do you think an airplane fly?  It is because it's engine and body is designed to make it fly.

Why do you think a cat when dropped 10ft abouve the ground can still survive? It is because it's body (weight, size and all) is designed that way.

What would happen if you dropped your iPhone6 10ft above the ground? Would it break? Why?

You get the picture.

But did you know that there are also some people in this world who are not comfortable with money.

There are some people who does not want to be rich.

They say that money can;t buy happiness, or rich people are crooks, rich people are bad, they say negative things to all rich people. 

But what they don't know is that there are 3 kinds of rich people in this world.

1. Filthy Rich 

These are the people who has all the money in the world, but deep inside they are not really happy. Their are many reasons why, It may be because the way they earned their riches could be in a illegal, immoral or unethical way or perhaps they just keep all of their money to themselves.

Money is neutral.  Money is just like a sharp knife. You put a knife on the table, it won't do you no harm. It won't do you no good or bad. If you give the knife to a drug addict, then a sharp knife could be bad. But if you give a knife to a culinary expert, then it could result to a very good tasting dish.

It's the same with money.  If you give money to a corrupt government official, then money becomes bad, but if you give money to a good person, perhaps in a community that reaches out to the poor, then money becomes good.

In short, money is a great magnifier. 

"If masamang tao ka, pag nagkapera ka , lalo kang magiging masama, pero kung mabuting tao ka, pag yumaman ka, lalo kang nagiging mabuti."

2. Guilty Rich

There are some rich people who are not comfortable with earning a lot of money. It could be a result of past programming from their parents, peers etc. The subject of money is never thought in school. Our grandparents or older relatives would tell us that money is bad. Don't think too much of money because if you do, you will be like the devil. 

Yes some religious people think of money that way. However, if you look at the bible there never was any indication there that the act of earning lots of money is actually a sin. 

You will be guilty rich if you only think of earning money for yourself.

3. Truly Rich

Some people say, "Money can't buy you happiness". But let me ask you, whoever told you that money is invented to buy happiness anyway?

God, the Universe, did not create money for you to buy happiness, it is created for you to buy helpfulness.

You can't buy being happy. (Ang kasiyahan, pagmamahal e hinde nabibili). You can only experience them.

The only way for you to be truly happy is by using the BIG money you earn to help a lot of people..

Who will you help?

1. Your Family - I'm an amateur when it comes to the Bible, but it is written in the book of Timothy that, you should provide for your family members, otherwise you are worse than an unbeliever. The money that you can earn with AIM Global could be BIG enough to send your kids in the best school in town, it can be big enough for them to not to experience becoming an employee and work for somebody else's dream.

2. Bigger Family - people you don't know, who needs our help. The latest survey says that over 783 million people do not have access to clean water up to this day. 2.5 billion do not have access to adequate sanitation (walang CR!) Over 6-8 million die every year due to natural disasters and water related problems.

I'm not saying you join AIM Global to change the world. No. But you do have this opportunity to help people by being RICH and make a difference is somebody's life.

This I think is what real wealth is all about.

It is our moral obligation to help those people in need of help, It is our moral obligation to be rich. But don't just be rich instead JOIN US and become TRULY RICH .
